The PDP-11/20 pictured here is labeled simply as a "PDP-11"; as if DEC only ever intended on making the one model of PDP-11 :-)

The first part of the restoration (2007 07 21) was to clean off the front panel a bit. I used "Goo Gone" (which is a clear, yellowy lemon-based extract) to remove all the leftover glue bits from the "hexadecimal conversion" tape that some idiot taped above the switch register and the top masking tape above the lights. Then I used rubbing alcohol to clean off the rest of the front panel.
