2nd bank of 4k installed and tested -- 2004 01 19

Tested all three spare 4k core planes that I had; the one marked "Bad" is the only one that works! :-) Now have 8k of memory. It's interesting that both the planes that failed had similar problems; I could deposit nothing into locations 0000 through 0077 (it always came back with zero), but I could deposit stuff into locations 0100 and on (one of the core planes had a stuck bit). This is suspicious...
